I've seen many comments on Instagram that the AI images are compelling. Some people see themselves in them or their children in them. I mentioned the debate about whether one twin is real or not. While you may not feel anything it's clear from the responses that the images are impactful.

When I was in Madrid I saw Guernica and I was more impressed by the size than the painting that I previously analyzed and lectured about in a classroom. I saw the Mona Lisa at the Louvre and was underwhelmed due to its small size. I got more from the reproductions than in real life.

There's something magical about the process of generating images using AI that is different from analog and digital methods I've used before.
